Liquid Nitrogen Container Training – Chengdu
With the development of the fight against of the COVID-19 in countries around the world, liquid nitrogen containers have played an increasingly important work, including PCR lab solution, sample, vaccine, cell, virus and organs storage and R&D. In order to enable the marketing team to have a more in-depth and thorough understanding of the Liquid Nitrogen Container product range, and to be completely up to date to answer customers’ questions more accurately and efficiently, Haier Biomedical organized marketing and sales staff to travel to Chengdu in late July for training. The training focused on the liquid nitrogen container product series at the Haier Biomedical liquid nitrogen container production base, which is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China.
On the 30th, the team training started, and all went smoothly. At the beginning, Mr. Wang Guangsheng, Vice General Manager of Haier Biomedical made an opening speech looking forward to the promising market growth opportunities in the liquid nitrogen storage industry and expressed expectations and requirements for all team members. This was followed by the team leaders and technical personnel of the liquid nitrogen container production base in Chengdu who showcased initially a general overview of the liquid nitrogen product to the team, including the development history, production line layout, production capacity, production process and exclusive technical advantages, as well as future market development, products and next technology upgrades.

After a concise system preview and product knowledge training, the technicians for each production line lead the team to the factory to get a hands on feel and approach to the whole production process of all product lines.
On the first day of the training, the facilities technical staff led the team to get a closer view of the production process, in-depth product details, material structure, related technology knowledge and operation flow of the complete range of LN2 products covering biological sample series, liquid nitrogen supplement series, aluminum alloy series and non-standard customized series. Team members operated the products personally after receiving a thorough explanation from the technical advisers. During this time, team members actively asked questions, especially key questions that users focus on during product use and maintenance. After the first day’s training, in order to consolidate the acquired knowledge received on the day, many remaining questions had come from team members, so a special Q&A link was set up as a support to learn more about the product range.

On the 31st, the training’s focus turned to product accessories and after-sales maintenance services. Key points covered included, common issues faced by customers from the product procurement stage to the subsequent use stage, and product strategies in different regions and channels, with feasible solutions given to the team to intern support customers in their markets.

Liquid Nitrogen Container Live Webinar Review – Chengdu
After the training was concluded and in order to test the results of the learning experience, a product knowledge examination was carried out with fantastic results, all team members past the test successfully.
In addition, in order to take this opportunity to visually display product details to customers, the marketing team decided to deliver two live training webinars direct from inside the production facility in Chengdu, the webinars were coordinated according time zones for different regions, the live webinars were set up in the afternoon and evening China time respectively.
