It’s full steam ahead at our new factory, which opened only very recently. It is already doing its bit to support the citizens in Wuhan as well as ensuring it continues to fulfil its commitment to its customers in the UK and globally.  A strict sanitisation process has been initiated by management and followed to protect staff’s health.

With a construction area of 74,900 m2, three times the size of our previous facility, with a capacity of 200,000 units/year, this facility operates on an industrial internet platform, making it an intelligent factory.  This allows it to keep up with demands even in critical situations such as this current crisis.

Utilising IoT solutions within manufacturing, Haier Biomedical can monitor and control in real-time, automated complex processes but this is not the only advantage.
