The recently extinguished Australian bushfires has attracted the world’s attention due to the overall devastation to millions of hectares of land which has caused a huge impact on Australia and even global forest resources impacted by the current climate situation. The issue of forest resources has always been an important topic related to human survival. With the development of human race, from the early agricultural cultivation to the modern large consumption of wood and forest products, the global forest area has decreased dramatically, the quality of forests has continued to decline, and the ecological environment has gradually deteriorated. The UN General Assembly passed a resolution in 2012 setting March 21 each year as World Forest Day, aiming to strengthen future generations' awareness of sustainable forest management, maintenance and sustainable development.
