Haier Biomedical Assists in the Fight against COVID-19 in Congo

Currently, COVID-19 is sweeping the world, affected by the epidemic, most countries in the world are facing an urgent and arduous pressure to fight the virus. Recently, the Republic of Congo has urgently purchased a batch of equipment used to fight against COVID-19 through the government of China. By virtue of its high reputation, cost-effective products and complete cold chain COVID-19 environment solutions, Haier Biomedical won the procurement bid COVID-19 project to supply the Congolese government.

The Congolese government project entire equipment bid covered a total of 1045 units of biosafety and cold-chain transportation equipment which includes ultra-low temperature freezers, cryogenic freezers, biosafety cabinets and clean benches, medicine refrigerators and transport coolers.

Due to exceptional circumstances and the emergency of the project, all units needed to be deployed by air, a difficult but achievable task due to the overall size and weight of the 1045 units. In the face of the tough production task of delivering 1,000 transfer coolers within just 30 days, Haier Biomedical’s powerful production capacity and efficient production system once again showed its strength at this critical moment. Through the joint efforts of the factory production department, logistics department, international markets and other departments, plus the perfect cooperation of various production process links such as material procurement, production scheduling, technical optimization and quality inspection, the project was smoothly completed within 30 days, while the quality of HYC-390R pharmacy refrigerator was 100% as all quality and control methods were strictly adhered too.

As for the equipment transportation component, various departments also assisted in advance to provide all required technical documents, battery identification certificates and other required materials to ensure the smooth transportation of goods.
